Chongqing Smelter(Group) Corp.,Ltd. was reformed from Chongqing Smelter in Jan, 1997, affiliated company of Chongqing Machinery & Electronics Share Holding (Group) Corp. The company was founded by famous scientist--Ye Zhupei in July, 1938.In the period of national government, it's called Resource Commission Electrochemical Smelter, and it's the first state sole proprietorship to produce electrolytic copper and electrolytic nickel in national industry. Situated in Sanjiang town of Qijiang county, the company is beside Yuqian Expressway, Yuxiang high-grade road. There is a appropriative branch railway from Sanjiang railway station to material yard of the company. Through many a time technical reformation and our effects, product varieties and industrial scale have been developed greatly, we had over 40 thousand tons comprehensive production capacity of heavy non-ferrous metals and processed products. It's a key manufacturer of non-ferrous metal powder. Trademark is Chuanxin, Chuanxin cathode copper,lead ingot and electrolytic nickel were registered commodities in Shanghai Futures Exchange. Chuanxin oxygenfree pure copper wire, lead ingot and copper powder are name brand products of Chongqing. Chuanxin lead ingot is marketed overseas.

As name brand products,our non-ferrous metal powder products ,basic raw materials of sintered metal product, supply falls short of demand in the market.
