Ningbo Jinheng Auto Parts (Yongheng PM) Co.,Ltd, founded in 1990, is the member of PM Association Of China General Machine Components Industry Association. Our company covers an area of 10,000 Sq.m, with total investment of RMB 50 million. Jinheng main produces mechanic PM parts for automobile, motorcycle, power tools, home appliances. 30% of products are exported to Europe, Asia and America. Now we have more than 100 employees, annual output can reach 20 million ton.

To meet company’s continuous development, in 2007 we purchased new area covering 35 mu valued RMB20 million for new workshop. After putting into production, its annual capability can reach 80 million ton within 5 years.

Jinheng has mature technic, advanced equipments and practical testing methods and equipments, which include 30 automatic PM compacting presses, 20 sizing presses, 2 sintering furnaces and 2 steam furnaces, 20 die manufacturing equipments such as Switzerland Chamier Precision Slow-feeding Linear Cutting and precision electrical discharge machining, etc.

Jinheng applies ERP system to manage and control production and logistics, ISO/TS16949 certificated in 2007.
