1. Apply angle encoder and PLC to control mechanical motions order of the press and motions of assisted systems.

2. Adjust the pressing frequency by frequency converter.

3. Apply secondary top pressing to improve the blank density, which has adjustable stroke and stable motion.

4. Pneumatic preloading protection in demoulding, with adjustable pressure and stroke. On continuous operation, the pressure value can be displayed immediately, and the preloading stroke can be monitored.

5. Adjustable forming zone. Pressing stroke, top pressing stroke, and pulling down stroke can be adjusted separately.

6. Auto cycle for lubricating oil, with oil filter of fine screen, of which the filter core is easy to replace.

7. Key components for pneumatic and electric control parts is of foreign brand.

8. Lower T shaped part has lock nut structure.

9. Electronic counter and accumulated operating time recorder equipped, displaying accuracy for the recorder can be 1min.

10. Powder feeding mechanism is composed by cylinder stainless steel silo of conical bottom. There��s conversion switch and pressure gauge equipped on the front of the electric control cabinet for compressing cylinder of powder box. The powder box is of PTFE bottom.

11. Powder feeding applies mechanical driving, which is stable and accurate, without vibration.

12. Electrical control cabinet door is strictly sealed, fan equipped for heat dissipation and air circulation.36V working table lamp is fixed on the cabinet.

13. Indicator lamps on the control panel are bright. There are 4 type buttons for pressing, ��inch/adjust��, ��Single��, ��Continuous��, ��Stop��. One button for ��Single��, ��Continuous��, and ��Stop�� respectively. Two buttons for ��inch/adjust��. Both of them should be pressed simultaneously to work. There are also indicator lamps for ��control connected��, ��failure (for lower air pressure, overpressure safety device starting), ��abnormal oil pressure��, ��motor rotating��, ��motor reversing��, ��motor stop�� and ��driving connected��. Master switch, ��emergency stop�� button are available as well. It also has inch astern function.

14. It has pressure keeping function, the time of which can be adjusted within 0-3min (pressing force 500KN).

15. Sealing sites and surfaces should be sealed effectively, without oil leakage. Oil pointer is available for hydraulic oil tank.
